SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Tektones. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay with your order.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping — 5 to 7 business days
Expedited Shipping — 2 to 3 business days
Overnight Shipping — 1 business day
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and delivery address. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $[insert amount].
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Delivery times to territories may vary.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time we do not offer international shipping. We are actively working to expand our shipping options and will announce international shipping when it becomes available. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order please check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find it please contact us at hello@tektones.com with your order number and we will assist you.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship using major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
DELIVERY ISSUES
LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it please check around your property and with neighbors first. If you still cannot locate it please contact us at hello@tektones.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged please take photos of the packaging and the damaged items immediately. Contact us at hello@tektones.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Tektones is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address please contact us immediately at hello@tektones.com. We will do our best to correct the address before the order ships but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days of the package being returned the order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
During peak holiday seasons processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early during the holiday season to ensure timely delivery. We will post any holiday shipping deadlines on our website and social media channels.
